Our Prices
Callout charges start from £95 for small jobs and from £165 for emergency callouts and all other work. Final pricing depends on the nature of the job and will be confirmed before any work begins.
Deposits
If a job is booked for a different day, we require an advance deposit before we proceed with the work. In some circumstances, an advance deposit may also be required to cover parts that need to be ordered. Work will only proceed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
If you call us to attend a job and then wish to cancel while we are within approximately 10 minutes of your location or already on site, the full callout charge will apply.
Warranty
All parts supplied and fitted by Central London Locksmith are covered by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers faulty parts only — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidental damage. If a warranty issue is reported, we will attend the site and carry out a close inspection. If the part is found to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge. If the inspection reveals that damage was caused by misuse or external factors, a callout charge will apply, plus parts if any parts need replacing to fix the issues.
